Siobhain Rainbow

Siobhain first came to Hatha yoga when her children were young, as a way to connect with her friends. She enjoyed it so much, that soon she sought out more classes and started to bring the yoga from the mat into her everyday world. By 2005 she had started learning the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series and it has resonated with her ever since. In 2011 Siobhain became an understudy to Fiona, assisting classes in Hatha and Ashtanga. She believes that for the Yoga to be fruitful, the teacher needs to meet the student as they are on that day and work safely with what arises. Siobhain listens and observes the whole student, responding to their individual needs and guiding with compassion and lightheartedness.
