We encourage students to occasionally deepen their practice through workshops with visiting teachers, or taking a series of daily yoga classes in the yogaspace. This not only cleanses the physical body, but also builds stamina and resilience both mentally and emotionally. Stay tuned for upcoming workshops, including Christine Cutbush this winter 2018.
